Purpose
A closed room of four green mortgage leads, four green insurance leads, four retrofit and heat pump providers, and two energy retailers. Three hours, Chatham House. We test how EPC becomes a persistent operating input, how retrofit and consumption data flow with consent and what the actuarial and regulatory guardrails look like. Output. A shared statement on green product pricing on a governed record.
