Valuation and surveying roundtable
Purpose
A closed room of six chartered surveying firms, three AVM providers, three lender valuation policy leads and one insurer. Three hours, Chatham House. We test three propositions. One, that valuation contributes to a governed record rather than replaces it. Two, that confidence is a professional service, not a marketing claim. Three, that clean room evaluation is the safest route to shared model use. Output. A joint statement on valuation in a governed property spine.
