Local authority and licensing roundtable

Purpose

A closed room of eight local authority housing leads, two combined authority housing strategy leads, one landlord association and one national referencing provider. Three hours, Chatham House. We map the operating handshake between PRS Database identity, local licensing regimes and a governed property record. Output. A shared position on how the enforcement operating model works from 2027.
